Cualificaciones Fully bilingual English-Spanish
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support High volume Callcenter.
Experience using Windows based PCs, mobile devices, company email program (MSOutlook), Microsoft Office and other office related software tools
Strong knowledge on software installation/removal, Internet websites, Internet browsers,Windows Operating Systems and other computer related issues
Demonstrates ability to actively listen, assess, diagnose/determine and communicatecorrective measures to resolve customer issues.
Excellent customer service skills (Positive, customer-first attitude, desire to help customersresolve issues quickly & "painlessly", excellent soft skills" with experience de-escalatingaggravated customers)
High School Diploma or equivalent. BA/BS preferred
Desirable Qualifications:
o Automotive knowledge
o Training experience
o Experience Writing Procedures
o Technical certifications
