| Cualificaciones | Primary purpose:
Provides technical support for Autozone stores systems via phone; diagnoses problems, provides phone resolution, replacement parts and dispatch of on-site technician if necessary. Follows documented escalation procedures when needed. Thoroughly documents all activities in problem tickets. Primary accountabilities: Fully bilingual English-Spanish. Capable of holding a fluent conversation with people from any region in the U.S. Must have good written and oral communication skills Must be able to work and communicate with business users Interested in continuous learning processes Self-disciplined, service and results oriented, creative and able to manage multiple assignments while working with minimum supervision With a culture of team work Desirable technical knowledge (computer science) |
