At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support High volume Call center. Experience using Windows based PCs, mobile devices, company email program (MS Outlook), Microsoft Office and other office related software tools Strong knowledge on software installation/removal, Internet websites, Internet browsers, Windows Operating Systems and other computer related issues Demonstrates ability to actively listen, assess, diagnose/determine and communicate corrective measures to resolve customer issues. Excellent customer service skills (Positive, customer-first attitude, desire to help customers resolve issues quickly & \"painlessly\", excellent soft skills\" with experience de-escalating aggravated customers) |
