| Cualificaciones | Provides technical support for Autozone stores systems via phone; diagnoses problems, provides phone resolution, replacement parts and dispatch of on-site technician if necessary. Follows documented escalation procedures when needed. Thoroughly documents all activities in problem tickets.
Requirements: * Fully bilingual English-Spanish. Capable of holding a fluent conversation with people from any region in the U.S. * Must have good written and oral communication skills * Must be able to work and communicate with business users * Interested in continuous learning processes * Self-disciplined, service and results oriented, creative and able to manage multiple assignments while working with minimum supervision * With a culture of team work * Desirable technical background (computer science) |
