| Cualificaciones | Provides technical support for Autozone stores systems via phone; diagnoses problems, provides phone resolution, replacement parts and dispatch of on-site technician if necessary. Follows documented escalation procedures when needed. Thoroughly documents all activities in problem tickets.
Primary accountabilities: • Fully bilingual English-Spanish. Capable of holding a fluent conversation with people from any region in the U.S. • Must have good written and oral communication skills • Must be able to work and communicate with business users • Interested in continuous learning processes • Self-disciplined, service and results oriented, creative and able to manage multiple assignments while working with minimum supervision • With a culture of team work • Systems Engineer |
